MINDFULNESS
Dragon Breath
Sit comfortably and place your hands on your belly.Breathe out through your nose with a strong snort as you gently push your belly back towards your spine.Focus on your breath as it goes out. A little bit of air will naturally sneak into your nose after each outward dragon breath, so you don’t need to think about inhaling, it will happen naturally.Do the Dragon Breath 3-6 times. Then breathe in and out normally.

ASSIGNMENT
Using what we know about the anatomy of the human eye and creating values for shading, create a dragon eye. Looking at animal eyes as inspiration can help us find scales patterns, shapes and textures to create our dragon eye.
Create texture with pattern of shape and line
create form (3-d look) by using value for shading
Use shape to convey mood or intent: shart pointy and slanted lines create a more angry, fierce, determined look, round lines and shapes create a friendlier and happier look.
color: warm and cool
